Zowor has been awarded the ISO9001 qualification certificate.
Zowor implements a strict quality control system, from raw material procurement to production process, and then to pre-delivery testing and inspection.
All our raw material suppliers must have relevant industry certifications. In addition, we will score suppliers every year. Suppliers who do not meet our standards will be banned from entering our supplier resources in the next 3-5 years.
We have a dedicated QC department to ensure that every step in the production process reaches the highest quality. Our QC department colleagues will test each process when executing each order. Once any error is found, the relevant process must be repeated and adjusted. And the responsible personnel will be punished according to the severity of the error.
At the same time, the company has also introduced LDS-10 compression and bending universal testing machine, GDYQ-201MA formaldehyde emission detection equipment, 1.5*2.5 (m) calibration platform, LTZ-200 tube pressure gauge, FHM-II (W2.1X H2.7m) fire door reliability test device and other advanced production and testing equipment to ensure the excellent quality of fire doors.
